ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
- According to US Coast Guard regulations, privately owned yachts available for charter in the United States have a maximum capacity of 12 passengers, in addition to the charterer and crew members.
- All our vessels come with an experienced captain, diesel, water, and ice for the charter. However, a mandatory gratuity of 15% to 20% is required, depending on the vessel and your preference.
- Guests have the option to bring their own food and alcoholic beverages.
- Children are counted as one passenger each for the maximum number of passengers on the boat.
- All our vessels are equipped with life jackets, first aid kits, and all necessary safety measures required by the Coast Guard to ensure your safety. Please bring any additional medication needed for emergencies, such as allergies or chronic illnesses.
- We require a deposit to secure vessel reservations. In case of a charter cancellation with less than 24 hours notice, the deposit will not be refunded.
- Additionally, for an extra fee of $200 per hour (outsourced), a jetski can be delivered to the vessel.
- Catering services are available, and guests can request a menu (48 hours notice before charter). A service fee will be added to catering orders.
- In the event of unfavorable weather conditions, we offer a rain check (credit for the full charter amount) valid for up to 1 year. Rescheduling is allowed up to 7 days before the charter date, with a fee of $250, subject to availability.
- During holidays and high season an extra fee will be applied depending on the vessel.
