How far in advance should I book?
Weekends sell out 2–3 weeks ahead in season (Nov–May). Weekdays we can often accommodate within 48 hours.
Is a captain included?
Yes — every charter is captained by a USCG-licensed professional. Crew size depends on yacht size.
What's the cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 7 days out. Within 7 days, 50% refundable; within 48h, non-refundable. Captain-cancelled charters (weather, mechanical) are fully refundable or rescheduled.
Can we bring our own food and drinks?
Absolutely. We can also arrange catering and stocked bars on request.
How does pricing work?
Each yacht lists a flat price by charter length — anywhere from 2 hours up to a full day, depending on the boat. Holidays aren't included in the listed prices; our concierge quotes those separately.
Where do we depart from?
You choose — pickup from any of our 5 partner marinas. We confirm slip number 24h before charter.
